About Us - Amdanom ni

Cymdeithas Ffrynt Gorllewinol Gogledd Cymru

North Wales Western Front Association

This is the website for the North Wales Western Front Association. We are the local branch of the Western Front Association (WFA), a national educational charity. Through the work of the Association we aim to educate the public about the Great War, as it was known at that time, though today we would use terms such as World War One or WWI. We do not seek to justify or glorify war. We are not a re-enactment society, nor are we commercially motivated. We are entirely nonpolitical.

See the various menu headings on the left for information about the WFA at local and national level.

Our meetings are listed under "Branch Meetings" in the menu, on the left.

Details of where we meet are listed under "Venue".

We have a Facebook page - North Wales WFA Facebook page

See our "News" page on this website for all the latest information.

Our latest monthly newsletter is here.
